1. Food multi-head weigher cleaning

One of the important aspects of food multihead weigher maintenance is cleaning. After the shutdown, not only the metering part must be cleaned in time, but also the feed plate and turntable must be cleaned every day to prevent corrosion. At the same time, the heat sealer should be cleaned frequently to ensure that the texture of the seal is clear. The cleaning project also includes the photoelectric tracking of the automatic packaging machine to ensure that the cursor tracking error is small; the materials scattered on the pallet to keep the parts clean; the dust in the electric control box to prevent faults such as poor contact is the basis for the normal operation of the equipment.

2. Food multi-head weigher lubrication

After cleaning the food multi-head weigher, lubricate it. There are various metal workpieces inside the food multi-head weigher. The gear meshing of the automatic packaging machine, the oil hole of the bearing seat and the moving parts need to be regularly lubricated to ensure flexible operation. When adding lubricating oil, please be careful not to drop the oil on the transmission belt to prevent slippage or belt aging damage.

3. Maintenance of food multi-head weigher

After the multi-head weighing has been used for a period of time, the multi-head weigher must be fully inspected to ensure the quality of each part of the machine. Especially for newly installed machinery, the transmission and moving parts must be inspected and tightened within one week of use, oiled for maintenance, and then regularly inspected and maintained.
