feeding

1. The material conveyor feeds the storage hopper - adjust the material level feeding time in the program parameter setting B to control how much material the conveyor adds to the storage hopper; the length of time is set according to the material situation on site It is better to fill up the material.

2. Material distribution to each line vibrating plate - Adjusting the amplitude (AM) of the main vibration machine in the program parameter setting A can control the amount of material distributed to each line vibrating plate. The thickness of the material is set according to the feeding amount of the hopper. Adjusting the height of the storage hopper can also adjust the thickness of the material on the line vibrating plate.

3. Each line vibrating plate feeds material to the hopper - in the program parameter setting A, the amount of material to be fed to the feed hopper is determined by adjusting the amplitude (FM) of the line vibrator and the feeding time of the line vibrator. Generally, the number of feeding times is the target weight. Usually, the amplitude of the line vibration machine is 30 to 50, and the feeding time of the line vibration machine is 25 to 35.


Feed weighing

1. Feeding hopper - adjust the delay time of the feeding hopper in the program parameter setting A so that the material in the feeding hopper will be added to the weighing hopper; if the time is set too short, the feeding hopper will clamp the material and weigh If the hopper is charged more, that is, after the hopper is opened, the line vibrating plate starts to feed into the hopper before it is closed.

2. Weighing bucket - adjust the delay time of the weighing bucket in the program parameter setting A so that the material in the weighing bucket is added to the collecting hopper or packaging machine (without collecting hopper); if the time setting is too short, the weighing The hopper will clip the material, that is, after the weighing hopper is opened, the feeding hopper starts to add material to the weighing hopper, which will cause the collection hopper to overfill and the weighing hopper to clip the material.


Unwind

1. Delay of the discharge signal - if the packaging machine clamps the material, in the program parameter setting A, lengthen the time of the discharge signal and the material will fall into the bag of the packaging machine.

2. Discharge signal time - if the electronic scale has placed the material and sent a discharge signal but the packaging machine is not packed, in the program parameter setting A, increase the discharge signal time and the packaging machine can read the signal. Generally set to 20 to 50.


weight

1. If the weight displayed by the electronic scale does not match the actual weight, enter the initial calibration to re-calibrate each weighing bucket; if the weighing bucket is indeed fault-free, you can adjust the deviation compensation in the program parameter setting B; if the actual weight is too heavy, set it as positive value, and lightness is set to a negative value.

2. If Q appears frequently, the parameter of no material detection can be appropriately increased in the program parameter setting B.

3. If the target weight is relatively large and there is a lot of material in the bucket, you can set the number of multiple discharges in the program parameter setting B to N times.


motor mode

1. If there is a phenomenon of material clamping in the bucket, you can adjust the motor mode in the program parameter setting B. The smaller the number, the slower the motor running speed.

2. If the material is relatively light and the volume in the bucket is large, resulting in the phenomenon of material clamping when the bucket is working, increase the speed value of the 10th section of the motor mode in the system settings.


AFC settings

1. Under normal circumstances, AFC is set to 1, and the number of target buckets is 3.5.

2. For materials with a small number of target weights, that is, a single weight is heavier, AFC is set to 2 or 3 for single bucket tracking.


Eventually

1. The number of combined buckets is 3.5 to 4.0. If it is too small, decrease the amplitude; if it is too large, increase the amplitude.

2. The material in each line vibrating plate should be as thin as possible, but be careful not to have too much J feeding, otherwise it will affect the speed.
