If domestic food companies want to know more about multi-head scales, they must introduce three factors that should be paid attention to when purchasing multi-head scales.

The first thing to consider when purchasing a multi-head scale is whether the weighing speed of the multi-head scale matches the production line. The general combination scale quantitative weighing packaging system is mainly composed of a combination scale, a vertical packaging machine, a vibrating feeder, a z-type conveyor, and a supporting platform. The weighing speed of the multi-head scale mainly depends on the number of participating weighing buckets. The more weighing buckets, the faster the weighing speed. If the user already has a ready-made packaging machine, the speed of the multi-head scale should refer to the running speed of the packaging machine, but the speed of the multi-head scale should be slightly higher than that of the packaging machine speed.

Secondly, the weighing range, material size, shape, viscosity and other characteristics of the product should be considered. If the weighing range and the material are large, the combination scale with more heads such as 14 should be considered; if the material is viscous, it will come into contact with the material. The feeding hopper and weighing hopper should have anti-stick properties. Generally, the concave and convex scale hopper will be selected, otherwise the speed and accuracy of the multi-head scale will be affected.

The third factor is the weighing accuracy of the multihead scale. Although multihead scales are well established products, the accuracy of the load cells used in these measurements is not the same. Some multi-head scales are analog signals. At present, the analog signals are basically pirated scales. The scales mainly have problems such as unstable performance, easy-to-burn motherboards, and second-hand sources of IC patches. The biggest problem is that there is a problem with the product. The multi-head scale basically does not require maintenance during use, and only needs to be cleaned daily. In addition, food companies should pay special attention to two points in the process of using multi-head scales: first, to maintain the continuity, stability and rationality of feeding as much as possible. Too much or too little material will make the combination of multi-head scales difficult or impossible, thereby reducing the speed and accuracy of weighing; second, the weighing bucket should be disassembled as lightly as possible, and excessive force will make the load cell Damaged to affect the weighing accuracy or even unusable. Third, after daily use, the main vibrating disc, line vibrating disc, feeding hopper, weighing bucket and other places that are only in direct contact with the test should be cleaned.
